10 O’Clock Rock

All about us!

10 O’Clock Rock is the Church of the Good Shepherd’s Sunday School.  Which meets – you’ve guessed it – at 10 O’Clock! 

On the First Sunday of each month we ll meet in Chuch for All  Age Worship on the other Sundays we meet in the Church Hall and the children go into Church near the end of the service for Holy Communion.

We are a very lively group of young people all meeting together to learn about faith in a fun, friendly and creative way.    Activities during the morning include stories, craft, songs, games, discussion, prayer and, occasionally, puppet ministry.

Events throughout the year!

As well as the usual 10 O’Clock Rock activities, the children are regularly involved in church services, even, on some occasions, helping to plan the content.

The children also love to raise money for charity.  Their cake stalls are very popular with the congregation! 

Our biggest event of the year is our amazing Nativity, performed by the 10 O’Clock Rock children.  With an original script and original songs and music, this is not to be missed!  It is a really wonderful service, when it becomes impossible to park anywhere near the church!
